We had a full back up (three restrooms / floor drains) at our office the morning of 09/07/2017. The technician, Steven #154, Invoice # 101930, was on site within an ... hour of our call, resolved the issue, politely advised the use of pipe shield and we purchased several bottles for preventative maintenance. He is a spectacular representative for your company and deserves much credit for his efforts and professionalism. We are very grateful to have received such great service and repair in timely fashion.

I had the worst clog I have ever seen in my main pipe going out to my septic. I have never had to use a plumber before this experience due ... to being pretty knowledgeable on the subject. Marvin arived at my house in a timely fashion and went straight to work, diagnosing the problem and explaining what would be needed to fix it. He was very polite, conversational, and professional. If I ever have a job too large to handle myself I will be calling Roto Rooter again and will be asking for Marvin.

Called Roto-Rooter at 8:15 a.m. about our plugged toilet and Aron Gilbert and coworker were at our door by 9:30 a.m.They explained every thing they were going ... to do and they had our toilet fixed in less than an hour. Dinner was over and I was cleaning the kitchen, and my feet were getting wet!!!!!. Called my husband, and we discovered that our drain had detached from the ... sink, water all over the place!. After cleaning up the mess, my husband went on line and found a Rotor Rooter near us. He was able to make an appointment on line. With in 15 minutes they called with and appointment for the next morning. Todd, our Rotor Rooter man, arrived at the assigned time. He was very pleasant, and knew what he was doing. I was thrilled with the service that I got from the gentleman that came to my home. He worked so hard and got my kitchen sink working, which hasn't worked ... right in 2 years! He was very professional and very friendly. I didn't have very good luck previously, but Bob was the best! I will certainly call Roto-Rooter again if I have problems!

Jesse was very helpful, informative, and explained the issues I had and what work was needed to be completed. He was very polite and cleaned up after is work ... was completed in the bathroom. The online option of schedule useful and felt my issues were handled in an appropriate time frame.

I called for my toilets being backed up even after we emptied our septic tanks. I called about 2 pm and your tech Matt showed up about ... 15 minutes later. Explained everything to me got up on roof even in rain. Scoped out my pipes and then cleaned em out and everything is working great. I live in a small subdivision and we are responsible for our own street and storm drains. The storm pipe that carries the water from the street to our ... lake was clogged. We tried several different sewer/underground type companies but could not get anyone out to help us with our flooded street. On Saturday June 10, 2017 it rained again and we knew we were in trouble. I called Roto-Rooter not knowing if they did this type of work. I spoke with Ashley, and she was wonderful. Very pleasant, and willing to send someone as soon as she could to take a look. She called back within a few minutes to tell me she had a technician in the area and could be here in 20 minutes. Jeremy showed up right on schedule and saw what we had going on. The flooding was getting so bad he went right to work, and was amazing. It was an overwhelming task but he never gave up and never lost his positive attitude fighting this uphill battle. He worked his butt off trying to get this thing unclogged. HE DID IT! Jeremy not only did a fantastic job, he represented your company very well with his attitude and professionalism. I will gladly recommend Roto-Rooter.

My experience with Roto Rooter was outstanding! It first started with Ashley, the phone receptionist, who was friendly, courteous and prompt. She listened carefully and took into consideration ... my schedule, which was tight. She did her best and sent out DAVID within 20 minutes! David was knowledgeable, efficient and generous in his patience. He taught me a lot about our clogged septic line. He made helpful recommendations as to how to avoid such trouble in the future. He went above and beyond the call of duty, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. It took only a few minutes and the results were instantaneous! And allllll of this on a holiday weekend! Great service. I used the on line appointment service and requested a certain date and time. I was emailed a confirmation on the date and time I requested. On the ... day of the appointment I was called to confirm. Jesse showed up on time and we went over what I needed. Jesse advised me every step of the way as to what the issue was and what needed to be done as well as showing me everything. Very professional service from start to finish. I will be using them anytime I need service and will recommend them to family and friends.

Our technician was excellent, informative and honest. It turned out to be a bigger job then expected. In the end every detail was handled professionally and efficiently.

We had them install a new toilet that we purchased beforehand. Upon opening, was shattered. What most impressed me was the fact that the company had their tech wait until ... we got back with a replacement and didn't charge us for it. Great customer service!
