I have had Roto-Rooter snake my basement drain 3 or 4 times over the past 5 or 6 years and they have always been prompt, polite and thorough. This is ... true even though I have never seen the same technician twice. I have observed over the years that the Roto-Rooter process has improved on what I thought was excellent service the first time. The first time I hired Roto-Rooter I made the choice because their price was much less than the plumber I had used previously for this service which is an ongoing expense due to a poorly place maple tree.

For the first time, someone did the job correct. His name is Bill. Came in, look the situation over and said this is what we need to do. Came in ... with the correct equipment and ran the snake through 2 or 3 times and finally he was satisfied that the pipes were flowing freely. Great job Bill, and thanks for a job well done.

we started with Charlie (#425). He did a awesome job, knows his stuff, and spent a long time trying to get through the sewer drain. Then we ... had Russ and another gentleman here to use the camera, that only went so far. So hubby and I decided to put new sewer drain in. Thanks to some wonderful trees. So the next day Antonio and his crew were here to put the drain in, once again took quite some time, but they all were professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. If We have a problem again, definately will call. But plan is never to need too! Unfortunately for me I found the coupons alittle late. But thanls again, Your guys are great!

I scheduled my appointment online, and received a call within 1 hour. I requested an afternoon appointment, but I could do it earlier, and had Dan at the house within ... 1.5 hours. He assessed the issue, told us what the problem was, and fixed it within minimal time. Will definitely use this company again, and will request Dan to do my work.
