My plumber's name is Mike Tech#2388. We had a real emergency, on Labor Day of all days. We awoke to a huge leak from the ceiling into the kitchen, down ... the walls, on the floor, with mold. We called Roto-Rooter and within a half hour Mike came to the house, went all through it, and spent several hours assessing the damage. The next 2 days he worked tirelessly, ripped out the ceiling, repaired very old pipes, and did the same upstairs in the bathroom piping from the shower and toilet. It was a tremendous job, and he worked late every night and took extra time to make sure we had water downstairs at night before he left. That itself was a project! Mike was the one who wanted to do it for us. I cannot tell you how impressed we are with his work ethic, his professionalism and his very friendly manner. This turned into three major jobs and he handled them all in 2 days. He also had to meet with the Water Restoration manager and our insurance adjuster on several occasions over the 2 days and they all agreed everything was being done correctly. We will sleep so much better tonight knowing this has been done right. Mike is a credit to your company Roto- Rooter. He turned a horrendous situation into a very satisfying experience. Very efficient and courteous service. Josh, the plumber, was excellent - very helpful, clearly capable, knew exactly what he was doing. The person I spoke to arrange the service call ... was also very helpful and courteous. I received a call as I had been promised 45 minutes before the plumber arrived on-site. The service call occurred early within the noon to 4:00 p.m. window, at approximately 1:00 p.m. Great outcome all the way around.

On Sept 8, 2016, Mike Tech#2388 came to my house to give me a estimate on replacing a water heater that serves my two family house, I was so impressed ... with his knowledge and manners, I hired him on the spot!! I had called several local plumbers, but none ever replied. The Roto-Rooter phone was answered by an actual person (!!) and an appointment was made at that time. The plumber ... (Tony) arrived promptly on the scheduled day. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I needed to fix a leak in a toilet and replace an old water heater. He explained the options, gave me a detailed estimate, went out and obtained the necessary materials and did a thorough and clean job on both. I would definitely recommend using Roto-Rooter plumbing services.

Tom was our plumber. He was truly unbelievable and I would only want him to service any future plumbing needs my home requires. This was the first major issue we've ... had with our townhouse since we purchased 3 1/2 years ago. When we saw water in our basement we thought for sure it was from a clog we had caused. Within a matter of minutes Tom quickly informed us that we had a major problem, a sewarge/main line issue that was located outside of our building. He went above and beyond the call of duty and refused to leave until he knew that the issue was resolved. He spoke to neighbors, my Condo Association and the septic system people that showed up over 2 hours after Tom had already been there. I am astounded at the level of service we received and Tom deserves to be commended for his work!

1. The customer service provided by the phone personnel is superior. Pleasant, courteous and responsive. A job well done!!!! They should be commended 2. Initially, ... we thought we had a drain issue, but we were wrong. The gentleman that came explained why it was not a drain problem (did not charge us) and helped us to schedule a plumber 3. The plumber that came (Michael Nicoll) could NOT have been nicer!!!. He thoroughly researched our problem (troubleshooting) until he could solve it !!! We had 3 previous attempts made to evaluate and fix our problem to no avail. Only Mike was able to fix the problem. We are so very happy with the service Roto-Rooter has provided for us. This is a Dental office, staffed by females and sometimes we are taken advantage of. We were so happy that this was not the case with your company. ROTO-ROOTER ROCKS!!!!!!

The plumber named Josh was polite and competent. He installed a new raised toilet in our 1st floor bathroom. Also, the lady who called before he arrived was very nice.

We a a blockage from the trees or bushes. The first truck that came did everything in his power to fix the problem, but not to his satisfaction. After trying ... all angles he decided to call in and have a bigger truck come out with a longer hose and that's what happened. The second truck did indeed fix the problem!! Both men were excellent and very caring. I would use them again and recommend them gladly!!

I called for a repair to my toilet. The plumber try to fix it. Instead of charging me for a service call advices me to buy a new unit, ... that why I ask for this same plumber to install the new unit. It was a clean and very neat job.

Even though there was a service delay from 8-12 to noon to 4, the technician , Audis Severino, was awesome. He showed me the work he was doing, and ... was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

Ralph was terrific. He was knowledgeable, polite, and careful. He even cleaned up the area he worked on before he left.

I called mid morning about s clogged shower drain. Was told someone would arrive by 1:00. Received a call to tell me someone would be there in 30-45 minutes. Two ... young men arrived(one a trainee)). They were polite. They looked the job over, gave me my options and began immediately. Took less than 1/2 hour. They cleaned up after themselves. I have used the Framingham office of Roto-Rooter several times in the last few years successfully. I called on 8/3 to report a toilet problem. Appointment was scheduled ... for 8/4. The Tech., Gary #777 arrived in the scheduled period. Gary was very pleasant, knowledgeable, neat in his work and all business. He sourced a needed part at a local hardware store and got to it. The toilet now works perfectly. Gary is a credit to Roto-Rooter. Just about all you can ask for in a quality technician. Peter
