We would like to truly appreciate "Dustin" from Roto-Rooter. He is one of the service technicians. He came out and accessed our situation and tried to find a ... possible solution to a "clogged" HVAC pipe. He was unable to and showed completed dissatisfaction in not finding a solution. He wanted to do all he could. He waited to ensure we had no additional leakage but we did. He truly epitomizes customer service!! He had a very caring heart for us in the heat while he had to do the work in the heat! Thank you very much Dustin!! The final solution was for HAVC to do a reroute of the line.

When I called to get a plumber, they said it would be 2 hours, however the plumber arrived in an hour. He worked hard on the clog and got ... the job done. This is my second time in using Roto-Rooter and will be using them again.

The technician, Thompson was able to snake our floor drain so the AC water could pass through again. I asked him to snake as far as he could, thinking there ... may be a bigger problem or clog in my yard. He did as much as he could and told me he doesn't feel there is a further clog. The floor drain was snaked just about a year ago from another company and I was surprised it happened so quickly again. Once more, Thompson did a great job addressing this issue and said there is a six month warranty if this happens again.
