I had a collapse of my sewer system due to my house being almost 70 yrs old The pipes were cast iron and worn out. They had to be removed and ... replaced with new PVC pipes and the system needed to be attached to all drains and outlets. The two persons who were sent to do the work were a Mr. Joseph Clevenger (1667) and a Mr. Alain (280). Both of these gentlemen did an excellent job and we are very happy and satisfied with there work. Because of the situation of the storm coming our way in a day or so and it being preparation time, I thought no one would come out until a few days after the fact. I was completely wrong... By the time I completed the info on line, in a short turnaround time I received an email informing me that someone was on their way. Much to my surprise, a Tech came out to the property within a very reasonable time. The issue was detected and resolved. Blew our minds because it was leak that I believe could only have been detected with the proper equipment (which they had on hand). The Tech was very professional, nice and our problem was solved promptly. I highly recommend this company and of course I'll call them if I have another issue. Obtaining reliable vendors in our business is very important to us. Roto-Rotter met all of our expectations. from the President of the Assoc. I rate my experience a high 10
