We had a visit to check out the problem and made an appointment for almost 3 weeks later (we were away for a trip). When we returned, we did ... not have to call again to check on the appointment time - the technician showed up the day and time that was expected. He gave us an estimate, charged us as indicated, did a great job, and did so in a very timely manner. There was no mess left once he had gone. Everything seems to working fine now. Thanks very much for a good job. Jerald was our technician who did a fine job.

Rashaan Dride (I think Dride) #152 came out to help me with my hot water heater element replacement. It did not go smoothly - not because of him! ... He was professional and careful and stayed calm in the mix of the tank not draining at it should and water going everywhere. He cleaned up my mess and did not leave until everything was to my satisfaction. I really appreciated him greatly! Roto-Rooter is always someone I can count on and Rashaan will be requested in the future for any issues I have.

We had a drain back up on Saturday, called and a service technician came out rather quickly. He listened to what I had to say, asked questions accordingly and went ... to work. The technician was extremely polite and professional, and a pleasure to work with. Once he found the problem he let us know what had to happen and that he would be back on Monday morning to fix it. Our technicians name is Evan and he is truly an asset to the company.

Your tech, Tavares, was honest, knowledgable and clear. I wasn't at the house (my sons were there but I was in Brooklyn, NY while the house is in Hopewell, VA) ... and he was able to use technology to show me exactly what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. The estimate was reasonable, too. I really appreciated the attention he gave to the job and feel like I got more than my money's worth, because I feel like I got a crash course on plumbing too. We'll be needing more plumbing work done, and I'll be sure to call Roto Rooter when its time.

I really liked the serviceman he did a great job. My only concern would be that when he blew the line everything cam back up in to the bathroom ... i thought he would have cleaned it up but it was left for us to clean.

Our service person, Ruben Perez, went above and beyond the call of duty. He worked with a nasty clog for an hour and a half until he finally got ... rid of it. Thanks to him, our upstairs bathrooms can be used again. Moreover, he came to our house late on a Saturday after our original service person failed to arrive. While we regret having to wait at the house all day for what was originally an 11 am appointment, we feel lucky to have gotten the best man for the job!

Tavares and Gerald, your employees, were such great guys. They explained all that was wrong with the sewage system, kept me informed as they worked and showed me the camera ... findings and broken pipe. It was a very hot day but they worked without taking a break. They were professional and courteous.

We had a tech named Evan out a week or so ago (forgot to leave a review in the chaos) and he was outstanding. Very nice, understanding and communicated all ... of our options for fixing our problem (we had a mainline clog). We had him out for two visits, he always arrived on time and just did a spectacular job all around not only fixing the issue but also taking the time to teach us how our whole house's system worked. Very good fellow!
