As they said, restoration specialist came on time, The restoration specialist his name was Oscar. HE was great, very friendly and professional, If I need any assistance ... with any pluming( which I hope not), i will defiantly contact them again,also i will refer them to my friends. .

Dillon and Kris were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They not only fixed the water leakage, they also fixed potential leakage that could happen in future.

Called Roto Rooter for plumbing service for a main water break. I got a technician to come 4 hours after in the evening. Fixed the main pipe that ... was leaking just after the water meter outside the house and underground. Couldn't be happier with the quick same day service and quality of care. Dillon(1309) was punctual and very friendly. He took the time to evaluate the issue and explain exactly what the problem was. He worked quickly and neatly ensuring that he did ... not damage anything. While he was running the snake he made sure that he was careful with the pipes and could tell by feel where the clog was and if he needed to go further down to ensure that it was clear all the way. He then tested to ensure that the drain was fixed and was very meticulous about how well the drain performed. In multiple houses I've used Roto-Rooter many times and they are always my first call when I have a drain issue.
