This was my first experience with a plumber in the 3 years of being a home owner. I could not have been happier with the Roto-Rooter service. Sewer blockage for 4 mobile homes - Senior Park. Skigh was awesome. Out at 10pm trying to clear line. Could not. Worked on it all the next day. ... Got it working just enough to ger by. Met with City for easement issue. Then a couple days later, another full day of work. He dug up old pipe, pumped stuff out, replaced pipe and got things flowing again. Sounds simple in description but it was a lot of hard work. Skigh's determination to make it right was awesome and he even gave me a discount to help me with the Seniors. It was wonderful to work with someone who cared. The Office was easy to work with too. Thank you.

We had Mike and Mike come to our home 6/9/15 to unclog a blockage in corrugated drain piping running from from a downspout to the back end of the ... property. They efficiently hydro blasted the dirt and debris in the line so that flow was restored. Following this they used a drain scope (TV) to determine if there were problems in the line that slowed flow. They identified 3 bad sections using the camera and then pinpointed the blockage with a sophisticated scanner. the blockages were then identified with a marker which will make it easy for the landscaper to dig up and replace the damaged sections. The guys were great to work with! Paying a bit more for the tech approach allows us to more efficiently identify and correct the problem, hopefully once and for all. Thank You! Roto Rooter has the tools needed for this sort of work. They are efficient and honest

Wayne did a very good of pumping out the sewer, he recommended hydrojetting out the sewer line, which i agreed with. Steve did the hydrojetting, he found roots in the ... line which he hydrojetted out. He checked the line to the end, and found no more problems. I was thankful they did that good of job, and kept my sewer working right. They both were very professional and my wife and i were very pleased with them. Gary & Eunice La fay

roto-rooter cleaned a drain for me the service man was very concencious . he left zero mess was super polite and nice . I used them once in the past ... and remembered the great service that is why I called them again. I have not been so fortunate with other plumbers in our area.
