RayM. Port Orange, FL 32129 August 29, 2016 WOW, John came out to the Groves Apartments (Port Orange FL) after being called by the Manager on Saturday about 11 am. He was ... here quickly. We had a meet and greet. And showed him the problem. We are 1st floor and he saw where the water had come into the tub. This man is a gentleman and a focused worker. John knows his business and worked confidently. No in-decision here. He did what he knew he needed to do (snaked the lines) and never wasted a step. It is a good feeling to know that a “professional” is on the job. Others may have called off on Saturday. This man is calm and thinks before he acts. He will be a great employee for any company. Both baths had complete water backup and the outside clean out was hidden underground somewhere. Michael the Roto Rooter Tech arrived, assessed the situation, knew exactly how to locate ... the hidden clean out, found it, rooted it out and water is flowing again. This was a no nonsense "came, saw, conquered" Job finished in short order.

We noticed our hall bathroom was not flushing well and when we tried to fix the problem, it started to back up and flood the bathroom. We called Roto-Rooter ... and a gentleman named Joey called us back within 10 minutes. Joey was out to our house within the hour and unclogged the drain. He was prompt, professional and provided exceptional service. I will use this company moving forward for any plumbing problems I have, and highly recommend them. My only issue was that on the web site, it clearly said I would get a $20.00 discount , and when he called it in, the office told him that it was only $10.00. I had no choice.. A young man named Jon came out today to unclog our toilet. He was very professional and was considerate of his surroundings. He made sure he put booties ... over his shoes so as not to track anything in on the carpet. He was excellent at explaining the procedure and the costs. He is an asset to Roto-Rooter I would recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends.

Arrived on time and did a great job. We had two septic tanks pumped. Additional, repaired a kitchen sink drain line.

Your technician, Eric, #11, was so knowledgeable and friendly as he came to the door to introduce himself. It did not take him long to locate the perimeter of our ... septic tank and uncover the lid. He carefully cut out squares of sod, placed them and other soil on a special cloth he brought with him, and proceeded to remove the lid of the tank. I saw him lying on his stomach on the ground as he reached inside to clean the walls of the tank. This tank had not been cleaned in about 25 years, yet it did not faze Eric! When he was finished with the tank, he proceeded to clean the end of each suction hose as thoroughly, before he placed them back on their spot on the truck. Then, he came to the door and invited me to come out to see his work!! I could not believe my eyes. That tank looked like it had been steam-cleaned! It glistened in the sun! When he left, everything was back in place , so that you could not tell anyone had been here. Eric sure has high ideals in his work ethic, and he must be a big asset to RotoRooter!
