Usually I take care of my own plumbing and all else in my house but this time I was unsuccessful in clearing my drain. The person who took my ... call and made the appointment and the service man, Adam were timely,courteous and respectful. I could have rented a large auger and done the job myself but I did not want to risk damaging my pipes. Adam was ran the electric auger down the 2" clean-out under my kitchen sink and in no time the pipe was clear and functioning again. A huge weight off my shoulders.

The plumbers were quick and did an excellent job.

I've learned to call the professionals when dealing with my old home. I scheduled to have a plumber come out, due to clogged pipe drainage in my washroom and the ... person was there about 10 minute after the hour, but the office called to let me know that someone was on the way. There was an additional problem, which he solved, before he could begin on the old galvanize fixture clog. The plumber was professional and he worked very, very hard until he fix the problem. Thanks Adam! You're skills and professionalism are appreciated. I can wash!! May the Lord smile on you always. Amen

Appt was easy to set up, same day service. They called when they arrived like they said they would .( Find that today in the service industry) performed task ... in a short time. Called me upon completion of task and was very professional. Offered to face time me to explain what was done. The guys that came were polite , professional, curtious and clean cut !!!! Received confirmation of appointment time in a friendly manner. Lloyd and James meet with myself within minutes of my appointment time. Explanation of my problem was explained. I was given ... a clear explanation of resolution to the problem at hand. Date and time was given as to when I would like for them to start. I was on vacation in another state when I got a message from my tenant that there was a plumbing problem in the rental house. Whenever she ran the ... garbage disposal, the contents came up into the master bathroom tub. The plumbing company I normally used was booked for several weeks and couldn't fit this in; they recommended another company, but that voice mailbox was full. So, I turned to Angie's List, where the local Roto-Rooter had an A or A+ rating with over 100 reviews, so I phoned. To my delight, Roto-Rooter was able to go to the rental house that morning and fix the problem, and all is well! Thank you very much! Roto-Rooter will now be my go-to plumbing company!

$268 for 15 minutes of work was too much to charge. Service was great, but I will find someone else next time.
