This was a great experience with Todd being extra dedicated and solving a complicated and serious drain blockage from our lanai. He had to come back a couple of times ... to complete solving the issue and did so in terribly rainy conditions. He then helped replace two faulty valves in two washrooms. I was very pleased.

This's is in response to your technician that said to write to Roto Rooter.com/sweepstakes. Make sure it gets to him. He was outstanding in every way On June 15 at 8:00 o'clock ... in the evening we were blessed with the fact that all of our three toilets were not working. Now this is the Thursday of Fathers Day weekend and our four children are coming to visit for the weekend. On top of that I am unfortunately suffering from lung cancer and can not get around the house except by a motorized scooter. I primarily use the scooter to go to the bathroom and to bed. I am 77 years old and until six months ago was in very good physical shape. My wife tried plunging the toilets but no luck. I called a neighbor to help and he also had no results. He then tried Roto Rooter and coincidentally one of your people (Chris) happened to be in the area on another job. Now this is 9:30 at night and Chris said he was still working the job but could be over at 11:00 PM. Chris was further delayed and said he would be here at 11:45. He did show up at that time and discovered the entire line was backed up and would have to be worked on with his machine. He proceeded to do so and by 1:00 AM he finished the job. Additionally he took the time to clean up, not only the toilet area, but also the showers which had also backed up in the process. Not a pleasant sight. And not one complaint by him. I just can't thank you enough for having dedicated people like Chris work for your company. We were able to keep our family weekend and just as important is that I was able to finally have peace of mind knowing I could use the facilities.

Ricky the technician came and cleared my main line very quickly. He was super kind and did a wonderful job(even at 2 am!). Very pleased!
