He did get us back up and running again, as well as installing a clean out, ... which we desperately needed as we are at the bottom of the hill and at the end of the line, a situation which sometimes results in overflow in our house after much rain. However, after he left we felt the toilets were still not functioning as well as we expected and another technician was sent out the next day, at which time we opted to have two new toilets installed. The first technician failed to leave my copy of the signed work invoice and I called to request a copy, either by email or by mail. I still have not received a copy of the work invoice and I need it to submit to my homeowner's insurance. I would prefer to have my yellow copy of the work invoice, if someone would PLEASE place it in the mail to me. I would greatly appreciate it.
