Gary did a great job! He was efficient and very helpful helping me determine the degree of drain failure.

I called on July 2nd because the alarm system for my septic was going off. Since it was a holiday weekend, I ended up making an appointment for Tuesday ... July 5th for someone to come out to look and see what was going on. The technician arrived 2 minutes prior to my appointment and gave me the prognosis, which was my pump had died. Thankfully I used the least amount of water that I could the entire weekend because he said if not it would have over flowed!! The technician came back the next afternoon (on time and waiting on me) and worked until my problem was fixed, which took several hours in the heat wave that we were having!! The technician was very informative and told me everything that needed to be done.

Tony W, was awesome. Came by and quickly diagnosed the issue. Ended up trying the cheaper solution first (swap out pressure tank electric switch), when that didn't work, ... replaced the well pump. Really speedy service and excellent customer service. Really appreciate all the folks at Roto-Rooter in Ruckersville.
