As a home owner for almost 50 years, I have experienced all kinds of results for repair services that I needed in my homes. Most of these results, some ... of which included previous services from Roto-Rooter (R-R), have been very satisfactory. However, my recent service from R-R has been incredible. I had asked R-R to come to my home to provide me with an estimate for repairing the cause of loud continuous banging that I would hear whenever someone at home turned on a water source. This problem existed for approximately 2 years during which time I had an experience plumbing contractor (FRIEND) try to find the cause of the problem. After 3 attempts, which required a few hours of work, he was unable to resolve the problem. Today an R-R representative came to the house to research the problem and provide me with an estimate for its repair. In less than 10 minutes, he found the source of the problem and explained that my water utility company needed to fix it. I was not charged for his service by R-R and 4 hours later the water utility company came out and fixed it. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

I would like to highly commend the RotoRooter team that was sent to my property last week. I interacted primarily with Dan (#180) and Chuck (#1574). Dan kept ... me continually informed of the situation, the findings, and the necessary plan of action. But most importantly, he thoughtfully answered my questions with thorough and clear explanations. Chuck was great on the equipment, incurring no unneccsary damage to landscaping...and the entire crew worked to leave the area clean and tidy. Plumbing issues by nature are stressful for homeowners...however, when you feel you are in good hands with experienced professionals, it makes all the difference. This is the second time in the last 30 years I have needed RotoRooter services...for two different issues. Both times have been positive experiences. I had a noise problem that had lasted 2 years. A very experienced plumber (friend) that I had known for years investigated the problem, tried several solutions - none ... worked. Larry (${esc.hash}418) from Roto Rooter came out to investigate the problem and to give us an estimate for the repair. He found the source of the problem in less than 10 minutes. Being that this was caused by the Water Dep't, he suggested that I call them and there was no charge for the service. Being a retired engineer, I have a real appreciation for contractors who know their profession. Roto Rooter is great.

They did awesome letting me know when they were coming, and were highly personable. I felt like my house was in good hands and they were great in having the ... water restoration specialist to come out to make sure everything was inspected in less invasive ways to help me save my house. The members of your team arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. They corrected my problem quickly and cleaned the area.

My technician Manny (Emanuel) promptly showed up in the time that dispatch service advised. I reviewed with Manny the issues that I was having with my tub and advised me ... of what was going on every step of the way. He advised me that the drum trap should be updated/replaced and I was given an estimate for that service. As a preventive measure, I purchased the drain care product that I have used in my tub and kitchen sink. Overall great service! What I love about Roto-Rooter is that you can schedule at any time. I work late so scheduling service on the weekend versus taking using vacation hours for an appointment is great!
