I purchased my first home one month ago. I had the sewer back up on us just last evening. RotoRooter has always been the name in my head when it ... comes to situations like this. I immediately looked up the phone number to call for help. The fact that RotoRooter is open 24/7 made it easy to have some peace of mind knowing that there would be a quick solution for a pretty overwhelming problem, especially as a first-time home owner. Dwayne (Tech # 3453) was my service technician and he did an excellent job of answering any questions that I had. He showed up well within the estimated time and was very professional. He cleaned up after the job was done and the entire process was made very easy on me. I cannot thank him enough. Thank you RotoRooter for helping me out with this issue. Quick to respond and fixed our problem!

I have an outside drain line that was partially blocked. Mark was very thoughtful in his approach to deal with it; and patient/ unrushed as he proceeded.

The technician was very nice and qualified.

Technician was very pleasant, courteous, and very informative. He told me the cause of problem and how to prevent recurrence. I did purchase a product from him.

I did a review yesterday and can't remember if I star rated it. So here is a 5 star rating.

We had our sewer line roto-rootered on 4/4/19. The service tech came out on 4/5/19 to inspect the line with the camera. He found that there was a ... large amount of egg shells and the remains of a pretty large root ball still in the line. He recommended that we have the line hydro jetted to remove everything which would give us more years before we would probably need to have the line cleared again. We agreed that would be best. Later that day the tech came out to clean the line. He explained it all to me and proceeded to clean the line. He used the camera to inspect his work and did not quit till the line was completely cleaned. Both Aden and Stephen were excellent. They took pride in their work. Roto Rooter is a quality company.

The main sewer line backed up about noon. Called Roto Rooter at 12:30 they scheduled the service for 2:30. Brad showed up right on time. He was ... very professional and explained exactly what he would do. It took a couple of hours but he finished the job with excellent results. In the 50+ years that I have dealt with service people this was by far the best experience. There are not enough nice things to say about the young man who fixed my problem. It was a privilege to meet this outstanding young man.

Their service rep arrived on time (calling when he was on the way, to confirm directions). He was friendly, courteous, very professional. He was careful getting his equipment into the ... house. He was thorough...and did not rush through the process. EXCELLENT JOB! We will call again if another problem arises.

We had an emergency water leak as we were moving out of our home. When the refrigerator was unhooked for the movers, water poured out and into the basement ... below. Chris L was so helpful. He took care of the problem, and we were able to leave everything in good condition for the new owners. Chris even found a way to get us a discount.

After having a pipe burst in the middle of the week, at night. I called the emergency 24/7 line. And got a very caring person on the line. They continue ... to reassure me and helped me to stay calm. There was someone out that day. As there was bad weather there was a lot of people calling. So I was on a waiting list. But I didn't have to wait long they knew the urgency and they worked as fast as I could. Water restoration also came out and helped clean out the water. And as a lot of damage happened. They cleaned it up quickly. They went above and beyond came by my house every 12 to 14 hours to check on the warming machine. The plumber had everything fixed within 3 hours. His name is Jason. And I will always use him whenever there is a problem.he was very efficient. And fast. And kept me informed at every move he made. I recommend Jason to anyone. I also recommend the water restoration gentleman that came by constantly to check on things. They were very helpful giving me advice on how to prevent this from the future.
