A large lipstick shaped hard item fell in my toilet and clogged it. John D., #5796 service technician, came to remove it. He told me up front that if ... the usual things he does to unclog a toilet didn't work, he would have to remove the toilet, and basically turn it upside down to get at the item. But that usually doesn't happen, he said. Well it did. He tried everything he had that would normally do the trick. Nothing worked. Let's just say when he removed the toilet he ran into unusual problems. He did get at the item that clogged the toilet. At one point he went to the store to get something he needed OR more precisely, something the toilet needed. He worked on the toilet for about 3 hours. He was determined. He removed the clog and dealt with the other problems, and before leaving, cleaned the bathroom floor. It was cleaner when he left than it had been. He was terrific, smart, conscientious, focused, determined and so very pleasant. I actually enjoyed having him. He represents Roto-Rooter in the best possible way!!!
