Technician was very professional, explained everything as he went along, got our clog fixed within a half an hour.... cleaned up the area he was working very well..... super ... polite!

Our sewer line was clogged, so it backed up into our basement. Tom unclogged it and showed us the problem using a camera. He gave us very good advice ... to prevent it from happening again.

It took a ... tremendous amount of extra effort, including approval from the County to try something new, and as one of your personnel said "we will stick with it until we get it done" and they did!! I had Roto-Rooter out in late May to clear a clog in my plumbing. Ryan dug down to the septic tank and discovered I had a root ball growing ... into the tank. He cleared the clog it had created and recommended that I have the septic tank cleaned and he would come along and get the root ball out. This was done this last week. Both of the Ryans who worked on my system were very professional and made sure I knew exactly what was being done. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter for any future problems. I had called this company a couple of times over the years for different problems and the service has always been fantastic.

Thought we only needed pipes cleaned and discovered they actually needed replaced. Louis was very helpful and got Pat to our house right away. Pat worked very hard ... and got everything taken care of. Very happy with the service and people who helped us.

I called on a Friday afternoon around 2pm and I needed someone out to my house immediately because I had tree roots in my sewer line cause everything to back ... up in my house. The last I made the appointment with was very nice and told me she would have Mark be at my house between 5pm to 7pm. Mark showed up at my house at 6pm. He was able to get the tree roots cleaned out of my sewer line in less than a hour. He was very careful not making a mess in my newly remodeled bathroom. He was very friendly and was very courteous.

I was very happy with the service provided. The agent was positive and pleasant. He performed the service required with expertise. I, if needed, will call them again!!
