After learning we needed to replace our broken pipes, John Bellefeuille, our project manager, walked us through all the steps. He visited the job site often, explained in detail what ... was going on during the job, and explained other aspects of plumbing. We were very impressed with the detailed support and the professionalism of the whole crew.

We thought we just had a clogged drain, but it turned out all the old cast iron pipes were broken. It was quite an undertaking. John Bellefeuille was the project ... manager. He explained each step. All the plumbers and the workers for the tunneling company were professional. It was a lot of work, but we appreciated John took the time to visit the work place, answer any questions, and explain in detail of what was being done to get our plumbing back to working order. John even explained about the proper use of garbage disposals and the importance of running water long enough to keep the pipes clean of debris. We do appreciate everyone's professionalism.

Ronnie and Joseph were both great...had scheduled Ron to install new toilet and experienced another problem with drain in another bathroom the day before. He checked it out and ... needed to be snaked out, so he called Joseph in to do that work. Both very professional and efficient. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

Did a great job, came out on Father’s Day to fix a water leak.

Thankfully, Roto-Rooter has service calls available on Sundays, even Father's Day!, for regular calls or genuine emergencies! Discovered a leak in our attic on Father's Day and called Roto-Rooter ... call center who gave us a two hour window that was within minutes of calling. Expecting the serviceman to be late due to weekend emergencies proved wrong as he showed up within the two-hour window. "Joe", our serviceman, quickly identified and fixed the leak by replacing the 'T-joint' which miraculously he had a part for in his maintenance van. Joe finished the job, tested everything and was finished in less than 30 minutes. No further water leaks; no problems. Very impressive. Of note is that we were informed by phone when the serviceman was headed in our direction, which is so much nicer than waiting for the doorbell to ring.
