Both my main toilet and walk-in shower stall was backed up and with 4-5" of standing water. I called several nearby listed plumbers; however, none answered and/or returned my ... call until I reached Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service. After advising of my plumbing problems I was advised that someone would be coming to my home shortly. A plumber arrived and quickly addressed my problems. Instead of taking advantage of my situation; he advised of several alternative measures. He checked every source of my stoppages. Ironically, I recently purchased a new retro-colored toilet which he determined could be installed contemporaneously with unstopping my 2 blockages. Now, not only do I have everything working perfectly, I have a matching new toilet in my guest bathroom. The plumber was considerate of my home by laying down towels and not getting my hardwood floors wet. He cleaned up after himself in an impeccable manner. To my surprise, he also advised of why my guest BR shower would not work and replaced the handle at no expense. It was my privilege to have had Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service repair my plumbing problems and to have its professional and kind plumber perform the work he did to my complete satisfaction.
