Dennis came to my home to unplug my sink, he was very professional and very nice. He also looked at my septic and cleaned out the roots in ... the septic pipe. He went out of his way and I would recommend him to anyone. Much better than Chris who came out several years ago. Dennis gets right to work, knows what he is doing and is very customer oriented. The first time they service guy came the machine broke. Second day another guy came found out it was more then a plugged sink. Third day two guys came in ... one hour it was cleaned out and they cleaned up everything that came out. GREAT JOB!!! Nice fellows too.

Needed to have our drainfield lines unplugged (roots). The technician Tim McCoy discovered that the drainfield was made from corrugated black plastic pipe which would not be able to withstand ... either root grinding or pressurized air/water. He advised that we would need the drainfield lines replaced. Appreciated his timely and professional work here!

Service man came the same day and was very courteous even though it was at least 100 degrees out in the shade. I needed to have my water heater changed ... out and after sweating profusely, the deed was done. The only thing I can think to question is I didn't have a shut off valve at the water heater and asked if he would install one. He installed one, but only on the hot water pipe going out, not the cold pipe coming in, where I could shut down the system if needed. I'll probably call them back about it. All in all, I will call Roto-Rooter again as I always get great service from them.
