Rick came to my home when I made a call to Roto Router. He came the same afternoon. Rick is awesome. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, honest and did a ... beautiful job. Rick answered my myriad of questions patiently and completely. Rick expeditiously and knowledgeably assessed the situation in my home. Rick proceeded to ameliorate the issues. Rick cleaned up and did a beyond expected job. Rick is meticulous and left my bathroom is looking better than when he arrived. I purchased some liquid from Roto Rooter after Rick had advised me in general about keeping things up to par before the next service. I called the local office after Rick left to thank them, and I spoke with Ashley. I wanted to thank the owners for sending Rick. I will continue to use Roto Router, and I will ask for Rick. Great service person

In the last 15 years I have had probably 15 or 20 service men/women at my home for various repairs from plumbing, electrical, home repair etc. I have experienced ... sub standard service almost every time. They are either late, or they charge more than what was quoted, leave the job partially incomplete and always leave my house or yard a mess. Danny B. came and surveyed my problem, showed me what was broken and gave me a quote. He came back the following Thursday as we had scheduled. He was on time, had all the necessary tools and materials to do the job, fixed the plumbing problems, raked the yard, hosed off the patio and cleaned the yard where he worked outside. He fixed both toilets inside and informed me that there might be areas that I should consider fixing down the road. He cleaned up both bathrooms, was pleasant, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, completed the problems 100%. and charged me exactly what was quoted. Bravo Danny a real craftsman and someone who has a real work ethic. I would be proud to have you use my name in a testimonial if you like.

Jesse came to my home and was very professional. He assessed my blocked drain methodically after preparing the kitchen floor with a large cloth in order to fully protect the ... area on which he was working with a heavy snake machine. He answered my questions so I could learn how perhaps to prevent it from getting blocked again. He educated me on exactly what he was doing to resolve the problem. He solved the problem and left his work area immaculately clean. He installed a new first-rate disposal because he also discovered a leak in the bottom of my 4 yr. old one. He explained that it was important not to have water get into the electrical works in the old one. I highly compliment Jesse! I called on a Sunday night and the woman at the answering service was encouraging saying she would report it right away so they might address it Monday. We hung up and very soon thereafter another person, a man, from Roto Rooter said he got the message and they would address it the following day, Monday. YOU ARE A FIRST CLASS OPERATION!

Jesse used camera and checked the entire house and yard. Explained problem in detail. explained exactly what needed to be done. Put it in writing for me. Fixed current problem ... and gave warranty. Another problem needs fixed gave estimate. Not a pushy person at all, told him i would contact our builder and if it is not covered by them I will be calling Roto-Rooter to come fix the problem. This was all done on a Saturday. Thank you Jesse for great service. This was a very respectful young man.
