Gilbert came to my home in Quincy within 1/2 hour of my phone call requesting help because of a plugged bathroom sink. I found Gilbert to be very professional ... and an excellent-knowledgeable salesman of your own product for ongoing maintenance of the discharge line once unplugged. Gilbert performed an excellent job of Roto-rooting the line and explained what was happening as he proceeded to clean the line. This man is truly a credit to your company and I would quickly ask for him personally if I ever experience another plugged line. I rate him as a 5 out of 5. Frank Sweet

I knew part of the problem was roots growing through the drain pipe, as 9 years ago, but, was also told that there may be a problem in the old ... (100+ yrs) pipe to the street. A camera will be run through the pipe in the next couple days. Also, told that calcium deposits are blocking some of the water holes in toilet. Will eventually need a new one if can't clear them? Great job, in and out in about an hour.

Speedy, careful professional service!

We were desperate for help with a tub/shower drain that took up to 40 minutes to drain. It was a huge problem morning and night with 4 people needing ... shower before work. The usual drain cleaners failed repeatedly and clearly a professional was needed. We contacted Roto-Rooter for their promise of rapid service, and they were great and arranged an appointment the same day! When they were 30 min delayed, they called twice to inform me and then came at the promised time. The plumber (Jim) was polite, friendly, and professionally. The work was completed in 20 minutes and we are delighted with the result. Thank you!!
