I wish I had the name of the technician who was here (1021 Humboldt) Tuesday morning. He deserves a BIG raise. He was so knowledgeable and efficient. It's an old ... house and nothing is ever just a straight forward repair. He knew just what to do. A problem was fixed that had been worked on by others and never been solved. In a recently purchased home, on what we hoped would be a quiet Sunday, we had the unpleasant surprise of flushing a toilet and seeing water seeping from the base ... of the toilet. Upon checking all bathrooms- the same issue! (Grateful it was clear water!) Called Roto-Rooter where we spoke to a super helpful associate. He ensured that a plumbing tech would be to our home within a couple of hours. And sure enough, a plumber arrived ready to work! There was a clog in the main drain and being an older home, the best manner of clearing would be to remove a toilet, clean out the line and replace the toilet. He did so promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company given their timeliness and efficiency.

My roommate called me at work about toilet,sink and shower not draining. He tried plunging the shower while standing in water for 2 hours. I could not leave work and ... had to do something. Don't mean to sound like a commercial but...Called Roto Rooter and they were there in an hour. Very simple and DRAMA free.
